Mothers' Union


Our Meetings are usually held on the 2nd Wednesday of the month at 2.15 in the Parish Community Hall, but please check the programme below for details of individual meeting.  For further information, please contact Mrs Anne Palmer on 0151-342 1908.



Aim and Purpose

To demonstrate the Christian faith in action by the transformation of communities worldwide through the nurture of the family in its many forms.



  • To promote and support married life.

  • To encourage parents in their role to develop the faith of their children.

  • To maintain a worldwide fellowship of Christians united in prayer, worship and service.

  • To promote conditions in society favourable to stable family life and the protection of children.

  • To help those whose family life has met with adversity.


You  will be very welcome at any of our events below, you do not have to be a member to attend.  Membership is open to anyone who is baptised Christian and who believes in the aim and mission of the Mothers' Union.

October 14th 

M.U. members at a presentation in church for the Nets for Life project.  Their Mosquito Drive raised £277.50p which will enable the diocese of Aru in the Democratic Republic of Congo to buy 111 much-needed mosquito nets.
